Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe or through supported cryptocurrency rails (USDC on Polygon). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. All fees are in USD unless noted otherwise.

You agree not to resell, scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our signals, analyses, or site content. Automated access to paid content beyond published API quotas is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access where abuse is detected.

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, lobi.bet and its affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

All content, branding, and code on lobi.bet is owned by its creators and protected by copyright. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for their own trading decisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
