Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account data. Email address, authentication provider identifiers, and subscription status. We use Supabase for authentication and our user database.
Payment data. When you subscribe, payment details are handled directly by Stripe (card payments) or by the USDC smart contract rails we integrate (crypto payments). We store only the resulting customer/subscription identifiers, not card numbers.
Product usage. Pages viewed, signals opened, and email opens/clicks (for the daily digest), stored so we can measure whether the product is actually useful and improve it over time.
Logs. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for security and debugging.
2. What we don't collect
We do not collect social security numbers, government ID numbers, trading account credentials, or wallet private keys. We never connect to your exchange or wallet on your behalf. We never custody funds.
3. How we use it
To deliver the service you paid for (signals, analyses, emails), operate the platform securely, comply with applicable law, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Subprocessors
We rely on the following processors to run lobi.bet:
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Stripe — card payment processing
- Resend — transactional and digest email
- Loops — subscriber lifecycle automations
- Migadu — inbound mail (support@, legal@)
Each processor has its own privacy controls and certifications. We share with them only what is necessary to deliver the service.
5. Email and marketing
By subscribing, you opt in to the daily Signals email. Every email contains an unsubscribe link at the footer. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your account. We do not send unsolicited promotional email to addresses we haven't obtained through legitimate interaction.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation for tax, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. Product usage logs are retained up to 12 months. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting legal@lobi.bet; we will comply subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise those rights, email legal@lobi.bet. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, restrict database access to service roles, hash passwords via Supabase, and isolate payment handling inside Stripe. Nothing online is perfectly secure — if we detect a breach that affects your account, we will notify you promptly.
9. Children
lobi.bet is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact legal@lobi.bet and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
lobi.bet is operated from Japan with subprocessors in the US and EU. By using the service you consent to your data being processed in those jurisdictions under the safeguards adopted by our subprocessors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
